A 25% Deposit is payable when confirming a booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. Cheques are to be made payable to Cornish Apartments LTD
The person making the booking must be 21 years of age or over. All names of guests should be written on the booking form. Sub letting or transferring of letting will not be permitted without the written permission of the owners or letting agents. Under no circumstances shall any person or persons other than those named on the booking form be allowed to enter the premises without the permission of the landlord or agents.
We recommend that a holiday cancelation insurance policy should be taken out. In the event of a booking cancelation customers are reminded that they are legally responsible for the full amount of the hire period if the accommodation can not be subsequently re-let.
No cats dogs or other pets or animals are allowed except by special arrangements
The apartments must be left clean and tidy and any damage or brokerages must be reported to the landlord or their agents as soon as practicably possible. Occupiers should not attempt any repairs themselves without the express instructions of the landlord or his agent.
In the interests of others , tenants are requested to keep noise and disturbance to a minimum. The conditions above are for the benefit of all parties.
