Melrose Court was completed in 2003 and is situated in the small historic village of St. Columb Minor just outside Newquay,but still only 5 minutes to some of the best beaches on the North Cornish Coast
The large lounge/dining room has seating for four adults in a modern leather suite, consisting of three seater settee and a rocking recliner chair, large colour television, a DVD player, VCR and digital television receiver along with a hi-fi multi system. Dining and seating is around a modern cherry coloured dining suite .
The kitchen has been equipped in excess of the standards recommended by the Newquay tourist board. Cooking is by gas hob with electric oven under, there is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer, 12cf fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Crockery and cutlery for up to six people, stainless steel utensils and stainless steel cooking pans are provided. Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc are kept in the large bathroom airing/storage cupboard.
The double bedroom has a double bed and modern furniture, consisting of wardrobe, a full size chest of drawers with two bedside cabinets The twin bedroom has two 3’ beds and also modern wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets.Duvets and linen are provided.
The spacious, modern bathroom has a full size white bathroom suite with a over bath shower.
The property is fully double glazed and a gas fired Baxi combination boiler provides the hot water and central heating. An off road allocated parking space is clearly marked for Apartment number 4. The local shops and amenities.are close by.
