From the A30 take the left hand sliproad off the Indian Queens dual carriageway
, (Highgate Hill) and follow the A392 to Quintrell Downs.
 At Quintrell Downs village turn right at the roundabout onto the
A3058 and proceed to the outskirts of Newquay.

 

 Turn right at the next double mini roundabout into Porth Way (B3276).
Drive down the hill, there is a small bollard in the road, drive past Orchard Apartments.
 Drive past The Mermaid public house, carry on the coast road and up the hill.
 There is a small red post box nearly at the top of the hill.
Take a right turn into Coastline court, drive though the car park
and Bramble and Hawthorn house are on the left.
